  Noisy but Nice Nabucco

Liked: Large clean apartment. Bath with instant hot water. Able to park outside. Drinks in fridge & treats like nuts & snacks. Impressive

Disliked: Drove past it as tiny sign in ordinary building. Was expecting a hotel! Bring earplugs for train noise & some prick shouting at 5:30am!

nice flat, excellent communication, clean - great for the fiera

Liked: location very convenient for the fiera, free parking, there are a range of restaurants within 15 mins walk - it is a little further from town though, about 25-30 mins walk. good range of breakfast snacks, abundant excellent coffee, plenty of space and very clean. if you prefer to have fresher pastries for breakfast there is an excellent patisserie 5 mins walk away, we got some to take from there on the second day. bed comfortable, would have been nicer with a duvet though. good value. communication excellent.

Disliked: can be a little noisy with traffic in the mornings, as it is on a main road, but not bad with windows and shutters shut. Night wasn't a problem as Parma is quiet. Neighbour has a yapping dog but that was also quiet at nights, so no problem to sleep, just a bit annoying in the evenings;-) Quite a long walk to town, if you are here for town centre things you might want something more central if you are not very mobile, but the location was perfect for the fiera.
