Exceptional
Liked: Massimo the host was there to meet us and even showed me the way to the car park. Very accommodating
Wonderful stay in the heart of Parma
Liked: Massimo was a wonderful host- met us upon arrival and gave us a ton of good info of things to do in Parma. The room was perfectly located, within walking distance of everything. Also, if you are coming in the summer, the AC was a godsend to escape the heat. Included are snacks, coffee/tea and water
Disliked: Nothing
I would definitively book it again
Liked: The location was superb and I liked the free access to breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind, but pushed for an answer, I would say: The use of paper cups and plates. But I found a cereal bowl:)
Liked: Great location, very clean and comfortable, super awesome host.
