Overall good for what we paid
Liked: The hotel room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: 2 single beds joined to make 1 double bed, low water pressure, staff made me feel a bit like they were doing me a favour…
Liked: The staff is great. The hotel makes sure you have everything you need in the room; I'm just bummed that they don't put a trash bag in the bin, so the cleaner has to be exposed to the garbage like that.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like, except that the food at the hotel's restaurant needs improvement.

A very comfortable modern hotel with great staff
Liked: A great hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Just off the motorway in a quiet location with parking right outside. The rooms are all spacious and potlessly clean.
Disliked: The location is on the edge of an industrial estate but only a 5 minute drive to the lovely centro storico of Parma.
Liked: Everything got really well explained when we arrived, the conditions, the area, recommendations for dinner etc. the breakfast was really delicous, room had for us enough space.
Disliked: They were having a large group on site, that filled the restaurant completely. Thus, we had to find something on our own. But, we received great reommendations!
Liked: That was the Best western hotel we ever stayed at everyone was very nice
