Exceptional
Good standard, fine location apartment
Liked: Nice apartment, well furnished, clean, good bathroom, possibility to park your car for free. 20 minutes walk to place Garibaldi or 5 minutes with the bus.
Liked: This was our second time here. The apartment is comfortable for a couple. Shops are nearby. We were able to park our motorcycles behind a locked gate in the yard again. We were able to do our laundry after a week's trip, and even washing and rinsing detergent was available. The host, Cristian, is very attentive, and everything was arranged perfectly once again. We will be back on our next motorcycle trip to Italy.
A Good Choice for Both a Transit Stop and a Longer Stay
Liked: I would like to highlight the owner, who responded and reacted to all questions very quickly. He agreed to arrange a late check-in. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. It has everything you need. Everything was very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: We liked everything; there is only one thing worth noting objectively. The air conditioner is located in the living room, so it gets a bit warm in the bedroom at night, but it didn’t bother us.
Liked: Having brekfast on the balcony was nice. Was very clean with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking in the street right by the apartment building.

Liked: It’s quite close to the city center, shopping center, lidl, etc. if you wish to visit some other cities nearby, Parma is the perfect place to sleep at!

Liked: The host is super nice, it welcomed us, showed us hot everything in the apartment works, where and how to park for free, etc. Really wonderful. The store is near and public transport is 5 minutes walk. Really one of the best experiences via the booking.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, but if you undestand italian, that will help with the host.
