Cosy and clean, bonus elevator to top floor apartment
Liked: Cosy and clean for a night’s stay passing thru Parma. Elevator to the 3rd floor apartment was a welcome bonus!
Disliked: It would’ve been nice if the sofa bed was made up ready for us.

Liked: It is a very functional place, clean easy to find, pretty quiet with cleaning facilities, and cooking facilities. Bed is comfortable, several sofas available. You will not see Antonio but he is very responsive for any inquiry. I stayed for 4 nights and there were nice. Food available everywhere around for those who wish to cook, which can be done. For coffee drinker there is a lavazza machine and capsules.
Disliked: Nothing to really complain about. You can cook,. If you want to iron there is no ironing board, and the iron is very minimal (no steam). Neighbours can be clearly heard. And you are not in the center, though it is within walking distance. An electric kettle would be a plus for tea lover.

Liked: Really friendly and helpful owner, super easy check-in. Has everything you need for a nice city trip with a well equipped kitchen and the sofa bed was comfortable too. Great location, about 10-15 minutes walk to the city center.
