Fabulous
As a special occasion treat it hit the mark
Liked: Lovely old building renovated to a high standard. Staff were polite helpful and unobtrusive - well located to explore the town and Centro Historico. As a special occasion treat it hit the mark. The staff were particularly good in all areas of the hotel.
Disliked: Probably the split level room. Toilets and shower downstairs was inconvenient. Not a lot of useable space in the upstairs area really. But this was my call not the hotel’s.
Worked well enough for one night as our car was safe

Disliked: Very very poorly furnished, totally outdated, no atmosphere.
The Grand Hotel Parma is Grand in many ways!
Liked: The Grand Hotel Parma is very nice. Room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Exceptional choices. The included breakfast was outstanding. Many choices and a great environment. I enjoyed a relaxing drink in the courtyard among the trees and plants. A perfect place to unwind. I liked the fact the hotel was not in the ZTL area. I also appreciated the onsite parking. Parking was very easy. The Grand Parma is outstanding. We will be back. Thanks, George

Disliked: Our car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. The hotel manager was very apologetic. She had her staff present for the police report but other than the hotel Incidentals we were not offered anything else
