  Liked: nice location, clean, comfy bed

  Disliked: air conditioning is not very powerful, and considering the fact that electricity is run by the key card put in the room pocket, you can't cool it down before coming from the city. so during hot days, keep in mind that it will take up to an hour for the room to get bearable

  Wonderful central stay

  Liked: The apartment was very lovely and central within Parma, with great amenities. Lovely looking out onto the river, the owners gave clear directions on how to access the apartment and even gave some advice around parking in an underground garage, only a 5 minute walk away. Close to tourist spots, so great to explore on foot:)

  Disliked: Just be careful not to enter the ZTL zones in your car, as it's in the historic central area

  Liked: The place is located very close to the city centre (~10 mins walk) and the main park (<10 mins walk). It is also conveniently located next to the Toschi car park of Viale IV Novembre. This car park (16 euro/day) is one of the few you can reach from the motorway (driving along Viale Europa North-to-South) without getting a fine for crossing into the ZTL (zone of limited traffic). If you have a car, like we did, this saved a lot of headaches with the alternative of getting a bus from the outskirts or getting a ZTL permit

  Disliked: Because the place is so close to the city centre, you can hear people partying on the street late at night (i was woken up by someone shouting on the street at 4 am). We were there on a Friday night so people might have been out particularly late, but still...

  Liked: Central location near the attractions and the local Life. Clean room in a safe area with all amenities nearby. The 'check in' is easy and smooth and fully information is provided on the day of check in via WhatsApp or email. The owner is on duty if needed. Highly recommended for the price paid.
