Guest reviews
Very good
Good location, value for money and great people
Liked: Great location close to the railway station and to many good restaurants.
Disliked: Difficult to get in after 10 PM as the mobile network in the neighbourhood is not too strong
Liked: Location was OK. Breakfast lady was very nice.. That's all.
Disliked: Everything else! Room was tiny, with a ridiculously small bathroom. It was up some stairs, then down some stairs, so awkward to carry luggage to. It stank of heavy chemical air freshener room spray that was overpowering and affected our sinuses. We asked the receptionist to see if there was something pumping out the smell in the room. She came up and shrugged and said no, and there was nothing she could do, and possibly it was scented bleach floor cleaner. We had to sleep with both windows fully open all night to be able to breathe. The smell was still there in the morning and we both felt unwell because of it. We got out of there as quickly as possible. Awful. Breakfast OK. Scrambled eggs were cold, but cornetti OK, and hot water for tea supplied.
Simple but fine hotel
Liked: Great location, walking distance to the train station and in city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is simple but ok, no complaints. Luggage storage.
Disliked: Water pressure and shower head not great.
Good breakfast
Liked: Close to station, and breakfast
Disliked: Nothing
Excellent property, conveniently located
Liked: The property was excellent and in a very convenient location, about a five minute walk from the train station.(Unless you were unfortunate enough to use Google Maps, in which case it’s about 45 minutes away.)
Disliked: I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
Liked: Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The cleaning agents used in the hotel have a very intense smell and take more than a day to get less intense. The area is at night less comfortable.
