A modern, well-designed & very comfortable hotel very conveniently located near to the main station
Liked: This modern, well-designed and very comfortable hotel is very conveniently located near to the main station and within very easy walking distance of the main piazzas and the cathedral. The reception staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful, some of the best we have encountered. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet at night. The breakfast was extremely good.

Liked: near the station, near the centre of the city, very friendly personal, very beautiful and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, great and rich breakfast, great restaurant. Any time again

Liked: Second time in Parma and second time in this hotel because its proximity to train station and city center and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: When we received our room we realized it was not the room we booked and payed for. Mistakes can happen, but at the lobby the woman checked our reservation, confirmed that we booked an executive room but claimed that we received such a room. Only when we told her that our reservation clearly states that the room is a double room with a superior sofa and invited her to the current little room to show us where that sofa is, she started to scan the computer to look for such an available room. We moved the the new, nice room, but this incident overshadowed the entire visit to the hotel.
Standard Novotel lovely staff. Nothing great / not great. Location maybe a bit dodgy
