Great place close to the old town (with affordable gated parking)
Liked: Everything was perfect. The owner was waiting for me to give me the key, although I arrived in Parma late. He walked with me to the gated parking next door, showed me the code, walked me back to the entrance of the hotel, showed me the code for that. He walked me to my room, he showed me everything important. Very efficient and simple. The room had all amenities I needed and a nice view of the street. It was not big but the right size for a single traveler (got the smaller room). The parking charge is very good (5 euros) and the gentleman was kind enough to let me keep the car parked after check-out for few hours, so that I could see more of Parma. You can reach the river (and start of the old town) within 15 minutes on foot. My experience was excellent.
Wish I could have stayed longer
Liked: Apartment lovely and guy on reception couldn't have been more helpful
Disliked: Only little comment and it seems petty but removing fake grass on terrace would have been better as it was very wet due to rain and wasn't drying as quickly as rest of terrace.

Good valve and quality stay
Liked: The upgraded room was very large and well equipped with a large terrace. The check in process was easy and the secure parking behind the hotel was very convenient. A short direct walk into the historic city centre with the beautiful ducal park nearby.

Disliked: Just to note that on site parking is extra cost of €5. Can be a little noisy as an old building, but didn’t disturb us.
