We left and had to pay for this bad bad hotel

Liked: We paid $250 dollars and when we saw the room we were disgusted by the smell, vibe and how dirty it was. It was so disgusting that we left the hotel. Really bad experience to be charged premium money and get an experience of a dirty hostrl

Disliked: Everything!!!!! Really not clean, disgusting vibe and really not recommended

The perfect place to stay in Parma

Liked: You could not choose a better place to stay in Parma. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the historical center. It is on a quiet street in a beautifully renovated old building with an elevator. Our suite was spotlessly clean and perfectly designed with a fully equipped small kitchen, spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The property is lovely but the best part is the host Alfredo who is friendly, welcoming and eager to help you have a perfect stay. We enjoyed talking with him in a mixture of English and Italian about our families in the US and Italy. Highly recommended!

Disliked: The bed was a bit softer and the pillows a bit firmer than we like, but that is just personal preference.
