Liked: Property is delightful. refurbished building from? 19C. rooms v well designed and decorated. v artistic and interesting elements throughout. modern bathrooms. V V interesting combination w salon on main floor. Loved my blowout. A clear favourite salon in Parma. Paolo was an AMAZING host in so many many ways. Roberto too. amazing. Property is very well located. v convenient to center and to opera house yet also convenient to train station and to public transport
Disliked: I wished we had planned to stay longer. Loved this place. great location to explore parma and the area

Liked: Pavlo and Roberto went out of their way to make our stay memorable: from hair treatments to restaurant recommendations to even driving us to the airport as there were no taxis available. Incredible service. Beautiful people!
Liked: Our room was quite large as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located off a side street so there was minimal traffic noise. I was curious about the inclusion of hair cut/wash and was pleasantly surprised. I had my hair washed, dried and styled which was just lovely. Instead of a hotel lobby, one gets keys in the adjacent large upscale beauty salon where we were warmly greeted by Paolo and Roberto, the owners. They were very helpful in making dinner reservations and answering any questions. Paolo went above and beyond by packaging a gift that I needed to mail to a friend in Italy. I was greatly appreciative since I didn't have the supplies to do this. The breakfast vouchers included an espresso/latte and pastry across the street in a quiet and quaint neighborhood cafe with friendly staff. It is about a ten minute convenient bus ride from the hotel to the historic center. I liked the location because we were outside of the hustle and bustle of the city which made for a quieter night's sleep. There's also a beautiful church in the piazza across the street which is worth a visit. There are about 15 steps up to the rooms with no elevators so plan accordingly with luggage. I would highly recommend.
Stylish, personal and hospitable stay in a great city
Liked: Paolo and Roberto are fantastic hosts and the b&b is beautifully designed and appointed. It’s a little walk from the best parts of town but if you can walk 15 mins you’ll be fine. It’s very close to a beautiful park. The complimentary hair wash for my wife in Roberto’s hair and beauty salon was a unique and much appreciated added extra.
Disliked: Nothing. It has no lift but if you’re reasonably fit youll manage the stairs

Liked: The property is really nice, beautifully and stylishly finished, located on a street that walks you straight into the beautiful center of Parma, you may also walk through the town park. The location is amazing and close to all amenities. The owners run their own hairdressing saloon and Paolo was so kind to offer my gf a free hair cut and in alternative some free hairdressing items, besides very kindly supplying us with a map and information about the town which we really appreciated. For breakfast ww were given a choice between two bars, breakfast was excellent. The place is very welcoming and friendly, professuonally run and I am sure next time I am in Parma I will return there. Highly recommended!
