Fabulous
Smart Premises but Little Soul
Liked: Location was Good. We were checked in by the Owner, The master chef. He was nice, but clearly overworked. Restaurant was a good experience, but reflected the Chef's Mood Rooms/Suites are smart, ours faced inside and was rather dark and pocky.
Disliked: I complete lack of love or care. No proper welcome and no goodbye or thanks for staying with us. Just a door left open on Sunday morning!.... Not even a cup of coffee. Both of us (guests) agreed with this sentiment.
Comfortable place to stay, friendly helpful staff and very good location
Liked: Modern yet authentic rooms, helpful staff and very convenient position to explore the lovely town of Parma. Also, the restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed a high quality meal there one evening which promoted local food and wines.
Disliked: We would have welcomed better equipped kitchen. Despite having a hob and sink, it wasn’t easy to use the facilities as there was a lack of cooking and washing up utensils.
Liked: Breakfast was not included.
Disliked: More lights in the room. The room was dark.
An excellent place run by an outstanding team
Liked: The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I was travelling for work, so I appreciated that the studio I had was quiet. The internet connection was great; I had several online meetings with video which went very smoothly. The location is within easy walking distance of the city centre and a great place from which to explore Parma.
Disliked: I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like. It was all great!
Good in general
Liked: Convenient location and comfortable
Disliked: No parking at all ( was advertised with) I had to park 500m down the road in a underground car park at €15 a day
