  Cockroaches in the bed and our luggage — completely unacceptable

  Disliked: Cockroaches in the bed and our luggage — completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. When we woke up, we discovered a large number of cockroaches in our room, including on the floor, in the bed and inside our luggage. We took several photos as evidence. We immediately reported the issue to the accommodation when we woke up because we felt completely uncomfortable. Finding cockroaches in your bed and personal belongings is not something you expect — or should have to accept — from a hotel. What was particularly disappointing was the response afterwards. We requested a refund because the accommodation was clearly not in an acceptable hygienic condition, but they refused to refund us. A serious pest problem like this should be addressed properly, and guests should not have to discover cockroaches in their bed and luggage before the issue is taken seriously. We would not recommend staying here.

  Disliked: I never succeeded to get into the room because I did not receive instructions for opening until 20 minutes after I arrived to the room. Then I received instructions on WhatsApp (which is an App I normally not use), but at that time I have decided to find another room. Anyway I payed for the room where I did not stay! Maybe the instructions work for others but not for me
