Exceptional
I recommend this apartment to anyone who knows how to enjoy life and loves comfort
Liked: I've traveled a lot, but this apartment in Parma really struck me. The owner welcomed us with warmth and a smile that will stay in our hearts. 🥰 The house is spacious, bright, clean, and tastefully furnished. The location is perfect for experiencing the city. 🧀🥓🍷 Every corner of the apartment hides surprising little details, like a game to be discovered step by step... but I'll leave the pleasure of discovery to you. 😃 Let it remain a little secret. 😉🗝️
Great accommodation for a very good price
Liked: Owner is very friendly and considerate
Disliked: Uncomfortable people on the street (not owners fault though)
Magnifico
Liked: Perfect location, walking distance both from the station and to the center, the apartment is clean and comfortable; despite the heat outside it was cozy and cool
Exceptional
Liked: Well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment. Kind host, excellent location. Highly recommended.
Scam-negligence-that could lead you to pay high sums! Thanks to the police!
Liked: Was in the middle of Parma and that you could see as cool at the first place, but….
Disliked: Misleading Listing and Terrible Experience – Avoid! From the very beginning, this stay was a disappointment. The listing clearly stated that parking was available, but there was absolutely no parking spot provided at the property. We had to find our own parking elsewhere and pay for it — a complete scam. What’s worse, the property is located inside a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) in the historic center of Parma. This crucial information was never disclosed to us before arrival. The host did not provide any necessary documentation to exempt our car from potential fines. As a result, we had to go to the local police ourselves to clarify whether we’d be charged for entering the zone — a huge stress on what should’ve been a relaxing trip. The host also showed up 30 minutes late for check-in, wasting our time with no apology or explanation. And to top it all off, the accommodation had no proper hot water. It was either ice cold or boiling — nothing in between. Totally unacceptable.
