Liked: If you plan to visit umbria and make perugia your home base "le balse" is the perfect place. The room, the lovely owner "Valentina", the room, the cool balcony, the sneaks, the beautiful garden, the pool and the location (5 min driving to the old center), everything about this place is just perfect!

  Superb

Liked: The courtesy and kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the spaces (the whole area was clearly taken care of regularly and precisely, the swimming pool was flawless). We only stayed one night but we felt really welcome. Also the breakfast was very nice.

Disliked: It took a bit of tinkering to understand how the coffee machine worked, and the bed was a bit squeaky (really soft and comfortable though) 😅

This was a perfect place for us to stay in Perugia - we would definitely return

Liked: Loved the location and grounds of Le Balze. Was met by Giancarlo who was covering for Valentina who was out of town. So close to Perugia centro but far enough away for space, peace and quiet. Lovely breakfast set outside of our room each morning - fresh pastries, coffee, tea, and water.

  Disliked: No complaints!
