  Well located and comfortable

Liked: Great location - close to the city centre, yet quiet. The terrace and private parking space are definite advantages. Overall, the apartment is pleasant, spacious, and clean.

Disliked: The entry system needs improvement. The electronic key to the gate is unreliable, and it often takes several minutes to get in, which is frustrating. The apartment could be a good option for longer stays, but it lacks some basic amenities, such as a washing machine, a coffee table, a comfortable sofa…. Adding these would significantly improve the comfort and overall experience.

Our stay was very good. We were nervous about having a link to have the gate open but it worked fine

Very nice apartment in a perfect location

Liked: Very nice apartment with everything you need and a parking place inside the property, we got a lot of informations from our hosts Dante and Elisa who tried to make our stay as good as possible! And it’s only a few steps to the staircases to the old town. We can really recommend this apartment!

  Disliked: Nothing, everything was good!

Liked: The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The location couldn't have been better - in a quiet neighborhood but just a five minute walk to the center. The apartment was super clean, offered great privacy, and the pull-out couch was surprisingly very comfortable. Great place - loved the exterior private garden.

Disliked: Accessing the apartment was complicated. It took some time to figure out how the various electronic and manual keys worked, and the instructions were overwhelming and confusing. Simplifying the entry system - perhaps consolidating the keys - would greatly improve the experience. Additionally, relying heavily on a functioning phone to enter or exit raises safety concerns. We also experienced issues with the bathroom door locking unexpectedly from the inside and outside, and the shower didn't drain. Perhaps the place needs a bit of a facelift!
