  Disliked: Not responsive staff, I received messages from two different numbers and when I had a question no one replied. I was at the premises 15-20 min earlier and I asked about the possibility to at least leave my things - but there was no response

  Liked: The bathtub was just inspirational AHH. It takes around an hour to fill just fyi as the tap is super slow but it was worth it. Lovely stay honestly. Fab location Aaron d teh corner from San Lorenzo Perugia Cathedral which is what we were in town for. Recommend the Arco Cafe around the corner for fresh pistachio croissants around midday!

  Disliked: My sister mentioned it would have been ideal to know that technically it's like a house share with many rooms and a common area so just in case you weren't aware. Exceptional none the less.

  Liked: The check in is automatic, very convenient, and there is a WhatsApp concierge in case you have any questions. There ara quite some stairs, I didn't have much luggage so it was fine for me.

  Great location

  Liked: Very central location, great for exploring the beautiful city & eating out etc.

  Disliked: You were not able to park a car anywhere close to the apartment. We were very nearly locked out one night because the outer gate was locked & the keys didn't work for the outer lock & WiFi signal poor in that area. There was a hole in the shower tray.

  It was worth the money for the brilliant location

  Liked: Excellent location.

  Disliked: The light in the bathroom was broken so they had plugged in a lamp on there! It was a large lamp that stood on the floor with the hot bulbs sticking out. Dangerous.
