It was rubbish in a rubbish place
Liked: Nothing other than the air conditioning
Disliked: It was an awful experience because Gianmarco, the host, sent me a message after I left asking what’s has been going on. My son just spilled some coffee on the bed sheet(of which he sent me the picture) and about the headboard being stripped. When I entered the room it was like that. I then had a call from his brother, Daniele, asking again the same question and stating that that was not how they left it. Then he aggravated the situation saying that it was broken and had to call an upholsterer. I was so stressed because obviously they were trying to make money out of me. Also two small dispensers for shower gel and one tiny soap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, BETTER PAY MORE MONEY BUT KEEP OUT OF THEM, truly disgraceful!!!
Liked: The room was extremely clean! Everyone was really kind and helpful with everything we needed. We went to Pompei on foot. The room was really close to everything we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Liked: Hard to find any faults with this property, we were met at the property by the hosts brother who showed us to our room, we then had a phone call with the host who explained everything to us and left us in no doubt if we needed anything just to contact him, the room was excellent the bed especially was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was to a very high standard, the location was perfect it's probably a 15 minute walk to the centre of Pompeii, I even had an issue with a broken suitcase which the host kindly helped me with, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property, hard to see you'll find better value for money.

Wonderful location, very comfortable, exceptional hosts!
Liked: Wonderful location, pleasant walk into Pompeii and to the archaeological site. Small grocery with delicious sandwiches across the road. Comfortable, well-designed, Gianmarco and Daniele friendly and helpful hosts. Will return when we can!
