Exceptional
Basic, great swimming pool in a perfect location
Liked: Great location for pompei with a massive new shopping centre complex across the road - lovely to have the pool - the room was basic but a great breakfast was provided. The host was lovely and even drove us to pompei in the heat which she didn’t have to do
Disliked: My fault but I didn’t realise you had to pay for the pool which was an oversight - we also had ants in the ground floor room. I appreciate this may happen due to heat and Italian buildings but they were in my children’s bed. They did
Liked: This place was fine for 2 nights, air con and small balcony, medium walk from Pompeii site/Station. Excellent pizza place (La Volpe Oro..I think), supermarket, shopping mall and fruit market nearby. A simple breakfast can be provided on a tray. Early check in was helpful. Great coffee machine, fridge, microwave, hob but not much space/cooking equipment.
Disliked: Some communication issues. Given upper flat with bunk beds rather than lower flat, bit of a squeeze for 2 adults and 2 older teens (would be fine for a couple). Couldn't access garden/swimming pool. Little tricky to find (set off the main road). Enjoyed our stay on the whole though and it was reasonable value for money.
Liked: I loved my stay here. The location is perfect, a nice easy 10-15 minute walk to the Pompeii ticket office and Pompeii Scavi train station for easy train jouneys to Sorrento or Naples.And only 5 minutes walk for the huge Maxi-mall for all your shopping needs. Lots of nearby cafes and restauranylts too. Virna and Allessandro were wonderful hosts, any language difficulties are solved with Google translate and they very kindly provided me with a gluten-free breakfast as well as the occasional gifts of fruit and salads! The pool was very welcome after a long day of wslking and the garden has plenty of space and shady spots to chill. You will have to search hard to find better value for money.

Great breakfast to wake up to
Liked: Hosts Alessandro and Virna are lovely. Virna stayed up to guide us with directions as we were driving in the dark… Alessandro comes out to greet us and helps us with bags even… Virna even prepared a delicious plate of Neapolitan Pasta and fruits for supper for us!
Disliked: Should have a hairdryer that’s all But am sure it could be requested of…
Liked: Very cute lady. Doesnt speak English so google rranlre helped. It is 1 room. Quite small. 2 single neds, and 1 double bed. We found it small for 4 people But very close to Pompei site, we walked there. and parking is available. Amazing breakfast. Cooking sruff. Good experience.
Disliked: Above
It was a wonderful stay, full of history and warm hospitality
Liked: The owner is very hospitable and the rooms are tasteful. The homemade figs were especially delicious.
Disliked: I had trouble finding the hotel — it’s set back one street from the main road.
