Liked: The location and the view
Disliked: The hotel needs general maintenance and TLC. The room had a damaged fridge which was not working. The stuff replaced it but this should have been checked and switched on for the guests. The kettle leaks water all over when you switch on. The coffee and milk sachets expired in July. The balcony door and toilet window need to be fixed, do not completely shut. No AC remote in the room. Smelly bedspread like it hasnt been used or washed for a long time. The breakfast was also ‘stuck in time’ serving the same leftovers of the previous day. the first day bacon and eggs were cold, like coming out of the fridge. Fruit looked disgusting, by the 5th day we came down at 7am first people for breakfast. Juices where empty, no bacon since the 3rd day, stale fruit, hard croissants, same tart of 5 days ago. Gluten free options were only biscuits and very hard like crackers for the full stay when i asked before the stay. No bread. Cheese and salami lost their colour too after 5 days in the tray. We were very disappointed when the lady asked if we want omlette and we thought this will be fresh but she put a plate in the microwave to heat up. This was very disappointing. We paid €360 euro for this hotel. The fact that the breakfast could not be eaten apart from the maintenance needed in the whole hotel makes this very sad for Pompei and Italy. We only wanted a decent room and good fruit and bread for breakfast nothing fancy. Photos attached.

Liked: Very nice and helpful personnel, offered good advice on how to get to Pompei archeological site and even helped with buying online the tickets for Vesuvio. The room was clean and beautiful view
Disliked: Quite a small room for 5 ness, but Fair price for the comodities

Pleasant stay - would book again
Liked: Good location - close to Pompei train station (not Pompei Scaavi station for Circumvesuviana). Archaeological Park as well as centrum is also within walking distance. Two supermarkets nearby. Friendly staff. Nice view from the balcony. Spacious room and bathroom. Everything clean.
Disliked: I would welcome a bit more variety and selection for breakfast. Our room could use a bit of maintenance. There wasn't anything major, room was in good condition, just some small annoyances. Like bathroom door making a lot of noise when opening and closing or balcony door not completely shutting.
Liked: I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pompeii etc. The staff takes care of the guests as if they were family members. The rooms are clean, water in the fridge every day. In the lobby there is a corner with toys for children. They also have an incredibly beautiful garden, where you can rest your soul after a hard day
Disliked: I liked everything.
