Welcoming home away from home
Liked: Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast ( part of stay) and dinners (extra cost) we're both very complete and tasty. Felt like a family affair. Easy walk to Pompei entrance and across the street from a train to see Herculaneum, or into Naples. The Local Cathedral is right next door and is a feast of art inside. A nice downtown with many dining options and lots of shopping opportunities. Pompei is a comfortable and pleasant destination for travelers and Hotel Palma will make you comfortable at the center of it all.
Disliked: If you like a wash cloth in the shower or at the sink it was not there, as in most European countries. Also no Kleenex.

Liked: The Palma hotel is a very friendly welcoming hotel at guess family run. If I had any requests they were dealt with promptly and with no fuss.
