Exceptional
Relaxing and enlightening
Liked: Everything and Everyone were fantastic and lovely.
Disliked: There was only 2 negatives, poor WIFI, and no cupboard or drawers to put away your clothes.
Liked: This was a lovely, spacious apartment. It was very well located near the town square. Bed was comfortable. The owner was extremely quick to respond to any queries via whatsapp.
Disliked: I'd suggest clear instructions on how to use the hot tub be available on arrival. The seal for the shower was broken and water splashed freely onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was basic,coffee and croissant, and was delivered 30 minutes before the agreed time on the first morning. The second morning, we were woken by someone banging in the apartment door to deliver breakfast, 40 mins before the agreed time. That was annoying. I didn't like the monkey themed decor and found it a bit freaky and not very Italian. Problem solved by turning them around to face the wall. Lol!

Disliked: Shower water floods floor, no botte opener but there is bucket and glasses. Breakfast not many options

It’s a nice oasis to relax—it’s an apartment and not a hotel
Liked: The manager is quite nice. Communication is very important. The room is large (especially for Europe) and it had a nice balcony. Tastefully decorated. Breakfast was on time. A nice real Italian breakfast (not an American breakfast). The building is Palazzo Europea and you press the buzzer to reach the manager. Secure building. Very convenient location. Very nice restaurants around. And a short walk to the Pompeii ruins.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything not to like.
Ideal accommodation for visiting Pompei and the region of Vesuvio
Liked: The location of the appartment is excellent, in the center of Pompei and quite close to a Circumvesuvia station and to a railway station. The landlord was very nice and helpful. The appartment was absolutely fine for our stay. The breakfast arrived each day accurately at the requested time.
Disliked: Not critical, although we were a bit sorry for that.. We could not really use the jacuzzi in the appartment, because the maximum warmth of the water we could achieve was 31-32 C, which might be excellent during the hot summer days, but was just lukewarm in an autumn evening for relaxation.
