Exceptional
Liked: Very responsive host, good location (it is close to the site but not close to the entrance where guided tours meet); very comfortable and it was super nice to have a terrace.

Disliked: Nothing. Unfortunately the day before we arrived there had been a fire in the street which destroyed the Wi-Fi connection. The following day the water was turned off due to work in the road. Neither were the owners problem but he did everything he could to help us.
Liked: Good location. Spacious apartment, use of kitchen and terrace. Very clean. Extremely nice staff. Nice room and bathroom. Cold water provided on arrival and use of communal fridge. Lovely view over Vesuvius.
Disliked: Were advised free use of coffee & machine, tea etc. But the coffee machine didn't appear to work and there was only one tea bag. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard & the pillows were lumpy. Single beds were very narrow.
Liked: Good location not very far from train station, basillica and ruins, nice overview from terrace to whole valey and city of Pompeii (and to Volcano if you stand on garden chair). HOST allowed us to check in earlier then 15.
Disliked: Breakfast was a mistake, voucher for small cake and yet smaller and cold caffe in confectionery shop.
Liked: The property was in a great location for visiting Pompeii. The host was very friendly and helpful. He responded quickly to messages and was keen to help. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the kitchen was a real asset. We had a twin room. My bed was very firm, but I was happy with it but my friend found hers less comfortable. The breakfast was tea/coffee and a croissant at a local cafe which was nice. Overall we felt it was good value for money.
Perfect location to travel around
Liked: The property was in a perfect location close to Pompeii, a church, area where there is food and coffee shops and also gelato. The biggest thing we loved too was the train station that we took to Naples and Sorrento and herculeum. The property had everything we needed for our family of 6 with two adults and 4 kids and the shared community living room and dinning room was great they even had a balcony that over looked the church an beautiful hills. The neighborhood was calm quiet and felt safe. If you don’t or can’t climb stairs I will say it’s the staircase is 3 flights since it’s on the third floor but we didn’t mind it and neither did our little ones and pup. We will hopefully be back to this place.
