Fabulous
Overall a good stay, I wish I could have had an I disturbed sleep after a long trip though
Liked: Clean and bright, flexible and communicative staff. Location was between two train station and walking distance to a lot of things.
Disliked: The fact that the rooms are too close together and people come in and out at any time of the night (3.30 this morning) talking loudly in the hallway. I didn’t like the breakfast option, the coffee maker was not functioning properly.
Liked: Location- close to ruins, train station, new town, restaurants. Helpful host- provided information on attractions- travel, helped with taxis- excellent facilities- fridge, kettle, snacks/ drinks available if required - clean and well kept apartment- clean towels, daily cleaner.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The position is perfect for Pompei ruins.
Disliked: We had an issue and had to shorten our stay from three nights to two. Initially, it was possible on Booking.com to modify the reservation, but later the request was denied (also via WhatsApp) because, of course, it changed the total amount to be paid. The hosts claimed they had no other option because of Booking.com, which is clearly not true. They even presented the adjustment of the local tax as a gesture of goodwill, when they explained the bedroom when we were there. Honestly, it would have been better to simply say that they did not want to refund the money. The bedrooms were fine, but calling this accommodation "luxury" or a "suite" is misleading. It is far from either. I do not understand why these terms are included in the title when they clearly do not reflect reality.
Liked: Great location for exploring Pompeii and walking to the train stations. Very spacious room with a big, clean bathroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Clean facility and nice room. Easy walking distance to city centre and ruins
Liked: Manager was very helpful when we had difficulty finding the location.
