Exceptional
An enjoyable and welcoming accommodation experience with a big breakfast, great location and host
Liked: After being left stranded by booked accommodation in Naples, what a blessing this accommodation provided. Great communication from the start on the best way to get there and then greeted by Luigi as we arrived set the tone. Walking into the beautiful garden entrance and the clean and pleasantly presented room put smiles on our faces. Luigi was a kind and generous host who made our stay most enjoyable and provided the best breakfast that was plentiful to keep my teenage son happy. The location is perfect; virtually around the corner (short walk) to the Anfiteatro Piazza entrance to the Pompeii site which avoids the crowds and lines of the main entrance. I'd happily stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Liked: Really nice accommodation, very well located for all the historical sites, close to the station and the main square with lots of restaurants. Great stay, Luigi the host was really helpful and and very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Liked: Great location for exploring Pompeii. The room was very clean and thoughtfully presented. Breakfast was excellent. Luigi are host was very helpful and provided information and restaurant recommendations (get Pizza at Mario’s).
Disliked: The beds were very hard for us and the bathroom would benefit from some updating.
Great find in Pompeii
Liked: Great location, easy walk to the Archeological Park and main square. Loads of restaurants, cafes & bars to choose from. Lots of choice for breakfast. Really comfy bed. Luigi is a great host.

Liked: The location is perfect. The breakfast is excellent and we were well advised about a restaurant in Pompei. Highly recommended.
Liked: Title: Good overall, but an unpleasant surprise at check-out regarding pet fees Review: Everything else about the hotel was great, and we enjoyed our stay. However, at check-out, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an extra fee for our dog. We stayed at several other hotels in Italy during our trip, and none of them charged a pet fee—this was the only one. Although they eventually cancelled the fee after discussing it, it caused unnecessary stress and annoyance right at the end of our trip. Aside from this stressful check-out experience, the rest of our time was wonderful, but this policy and the way it was handled left a bad impression.
