Lovely access to Pompeii town centre, turn left going out the hotel door, great walks and restaurant
Liked: Room & facilites were great, staff were very friendly, spoke English, the location was very close to the Pompeii Historical park / ruins, and the train station - very short walk to both. Some nice restaurants nearby and a bar offering some lovely breakfast and snacks. The water in the bar was the best bottled water I ever tasted. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: We checnged our original room becuase we weren't happy with it, but the staff found us another room on the same floor. We were on the second floor, but there is no lift, it didn't bother us in the slightest, but might be an issue for other couples.

Liked: The request for a quiet room was granted and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate small requests and help with printing some documents. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning as well.
Disliked: Unlocking the door took a while to figure out. It required a combination of turning and pulling the door that was not obvious. This could have been demonstrated beforehand.
Liked: Friendly staff. Large room. Great A/C. Location near Pompei archeological site.
Disliked: No breakfast included. Bed too soft. No elevator.

Disliked: Booked 3 beds, got 2. Lovely garden, but smell of gas put us off
Liked: Parking in front of the hotel. They left.us park the second day there when we went to the arhologic Pompei.There was automat with drings. The room was clean and bed comfortable.
Disliked: To much smell of cleaning products. Toilet was broken.
VILLA FLORA POMPEII
Liked: The location was PERFECT. Our room was facing the street. I read the reviews complaints about the noise. Yes, it's on a busy street, but it was not bad. This hotel is around the corner from the station and Pompeii 's porta marina, we took the train to Naples, ercolano, sorrento, SUPER convenient. It is also a nice walk to the town.
