  Liked: Location is excellent. The beds are comfortable. The parking was outside the ZLT, an 8-minute walk uphill.

  Disliked: Mrs. Carmela does not speak English. We had booked a double room. She took us to a unit facing the street—damp and without windows, with no possibility of opening any windows. I checked my booking and realized it was not the room I had reserved. Mrs. Carmela tried to convince me that I had booked a double room. I replied that I *had* booked a double room, but one with a window. Shortly after, she returned and offered us a triple room—which we accepted—explaining that Booking.com had double-booked our original room.??! A street-level unit like that is not even listed on the Booking.com website. There is no refrigerator in the room.

  Only one night but very pleasant

  Liked: Large for 4 adults - comfortable

  Disliked: Difficult to find by car as ZTL zone, so with luggage is a walk

  Disliked: In the description it says that we have free parking.. it's not true, you have to find the parking and you have to park far from the property and it's not comfortable to pass with the car. The AC tank with water is inside and no one told us when we wake up in morning we found everything with water. The first night we had a shower with cold water because there was no geaser and they came in our room to clean it but they only made one bed and the children's bed left them how their was.. They also touches bags from their place in the room.

  Great location, the accommodation was clean and the host was very nice and helpful

  Liked: Location is perfect.. Host is really wonderful and helpful. Single room is great for a solo traveller with everything you need. Sizable shower, coffee machine, tv.

  Disliked: The ac unit makes some awful sound when it starts cooling again which wakes you up throughout the night just a small maintenance issue
