  Disliked: Average stay. Although breakfast was included in the price, there was nothing special worth noting. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom dimensions are definitely too small for 4 people. The area is saturated with hotels built very close to each other, and the proximity to the railway line causes a lot of noise during the night and early morning, preventing a good night's rest. Furthermore, the hotel has parking for a very limited number of cars; otherwise, there is only a parking lot located some distance away.

  Liked: Nice and friendly staff

  Disliked: Rooms booked for 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 15). Kids got bunker beds which were so small that they could not stretch the legs. AC plug ins were loose and could not connect to the mobile charger

  Really not a pleasant stay

  Liked: Housekeeping staff and reception staff were lovely. Room, towels and linen were clean.

  Disliked: Most of the staff were too busy hollering at each other, on their phones, smoking and/or drinking to serve you or to tend to their duties - assume they spend their non working time there too. The staff at breakfast didn't believe I was staying at the hotel which was embarrassing. The breakfast was rather disappointing - just one self serve coffee machine dishing out very bad coffee, so there is quite a queue in the morning. Nothing gets replenished unless you ask for it. Staff working at breakfast really don't want to me there! Be aware that they rent the pool out to local children's clubs, meaning the pool is unusable in the mornings due to the number of children shouting and splashing around. They also play music very loudly at the pool until about 9pm, you can hear it wherever you are in the hotel. Ear plugs are also needed because the walls are very thin. All the guests were drinking their wine by the pool from about 11am, meaning they were very rowdy by the evening. Staff will not call you a taxi if you ask for one in the morning because they say they're too busy with check-ins and check-outs, even when you ask at 7.30am. I had asked the evening before and was instructed to wait until morning, but apparently this was incorrect advice.
