Exceptional
Liked: If you are looking for a nice place to stay in San Vito a block from the water and church/main street at a reasonable price, I recommend B&B Il fiocco e la randa. Also, Valeria the hostess is helpful and friendly and provided great breakfasts. Probably the best provided breakfast besides Tropea, where the owner Daniele had his 70 year old Italian mom come over and cook a fresh Italian breakfast every morning. it's Italy
Disliked: Bed was a little small, but I am very tall.
Would definitely go back.. location and cleanliness was excellent. We really enjoy and appreciated Valeria and Enza
Liked: Loved the location. 2 mins away from beach and Main Street with lots of restaurants and shopping. The host was fabulous, kind and helpful
Disliked: The breakfast was ok. The gluten free was lacking. I wish I could have slice bread, cheese and cold cuts for breakfast. More options would have been good.
I would love to come back soon and bring my family
Liked: Breakfast was perfect and Valeria was lovely. I enjoyed chatting with her and others before getting my day started. The croissants were delicious and the setting was cozy.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful. There was nothing to dislike about my stay. The accommodations were perfect and the beach was beautiful. I can’t wait to return.
Amazing host and location
Liked: Valeria the owner of the property was so helpful and accomodating. She speaks excellent English, prepares a great breakfast each morning consisting of local specialities and ensures the room is always clean. The property is super close to the beach and restaurants, has a comfortable bed, great air conditioning and wifi and is well proportioned for one person.

Liked: This place was exceptional. The host was friendly, accommodating and helpful. They made my stay very pleasant. The food and coffee were excellent! Thank you.
Disliked: I will go back but I will ask for a different room. I had a small room without natural light and a small bed. Next time I will ask for a larger room without windows.

Liked: It is a large apartment with rooms for rent. My room was a single with a bathroom. Clean. The place was renovated. The bed was comfortable. host is very hospitable and very helpful. He waited for me with the key and all the instructions. The building is not far from the beach. There is also a balcony in the common area where you can relax. Very good breakfasts. Homely atmosphere. In the area, of course, restaurants, bars and cafes. I would love to come back for another stay.
