Liked: I had a beautiful view over the lake and the room was clean and comfortable. Allan and Cristina were very friendly and helpful!

great location, nice and pleasent hotel, clean
Liked: room was nice, good size bed, cleaned daily without requesting, breakfast was very good plenty of choice fresh coffee of your choice also or tea.
Disliked: steps into bathroom, control panel on wall for AC was hanging off, was't an issue as we didnt need the AC, bar service was poor need another member of staff, recepetionist was serving the roof terrace and made it clear was't her job, which was a shame as it had excellent views

Liked: The location is fantastic! The staff are lovely, The hotel is clean and well equipped. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of dishes to suit most international tastes.
Disliked: This is not a dislike per-se, more of a warning for anyone with limited mobility. The hotel is inside of an historic building, it has a lift but the passageways are the same size they were 400 years ago, we are mid sixties and managed fine.
Liked: Hotel is very well located. Staff at reception and breakfast were very nice.
Disliked: If you like English breakfast you could be disappointed.
Disliked: Bathroom needs a modernisation

Disliked: Shower was very small and shower head was like a jet because of how small it was.
