Fabulous
quiet and peaceful
Liked: The location is simply fantastic! There’s a lovely promenade leading to the old town. We could see the lake in both directions from our room’s balcony. The hotel has its own small beach with comfortable sun loungers. We traveled with our dog and really enjoyed this quiet and peaceful place, with a huge park nearby that’s perfect for dog walks.

Liked: Dinner in the restaurant was phenomenal. 10/10
Disliked: The shower was super tiny. Couldn’t hardly turn around. Breakfast was not inspiring.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. The pool and lake were incredible to have right there. Location was ideal. Bike rental was such a nice addition to have at the hotel as well. Parking for a car was safe and convenient.

Disliked: 1. No AC in hotel despite 40 degrees heat wave 2. Some ventilation in room, but still so hot our baby diaper cream turned to liquid 3. No hot water in the morning 4. ants in the room (hotel knows this) 5. Despite booking 3 star hotel, we were put in 2 star depandanza (no info on that online) 6. Not suitable for strollers 7. Didn’t make up our room - then we complained Emita from reception started with personal insults 8. So hot the food (cheese) at breakfast melted
Liked: Overall good value for the money. Had all the things you expect for this category, it was also very clean. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and friendly.
Disliked: The lady at reception was very helpful, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff. During breakfast, the two restaurant staff members were openly arguing while serving guests, making their conflict obvious and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The male receptionist even tried to get involved, which only made the situation more awkward. The service was not bad, but this situation was disturbing. Later, we were in a hurry to leave for an appointment when we found ourselves trapped in the hotel parking garage. The exit door was closed, and there was no one at reception for about 10 minutes. When the receptionist finally arrived, my husband asked how to open the garage door. Although he was understandably frustrated, the receptionist responded by shouting and just then - helping. We were then told that the only way to open the garage was to leave the car, go outside to trigger the door, wait for it to open, return to the car, and then drive out - an inconvenient and illogical system. The receptionist even admitted, while shouting in Italian, that it "wasn't logical, but that's how it is." The following morning, the same receptionist spent around 15 minutes chatting with another guest about his personal plans and family while I was waiting simply to return my key and check out. A more professional approach would have been to excuse himself briefly, process my checkout, and then continue the conversation. Overall, while the lady receptionist was excellent, the unprofessional behaviour of the other staff left us with a bad impression.
