Fabulous
Adequate for the price we paid - Doubtful we’d return
Liked: The breakfast & freshly prepared omelettes were nice. The drinks were good and some of the bar staff were nice. The shuttle bus is a great idea but book early as you may not get a seat!!!
Disliked: Most of the staff were miserable and disengaged. The food in the evenings was awful. The dining room staff did not accept polite criticism well. I would also urge anyone eating/drinking here to settle their room account on a daily basis. We did this in order to keep track of our spending & so glad we did as 5/7 nights there were extra things on the bill that we hadn’t had. If we had left it til the end of the week it would have been difficult to recall what we’d had.
Liked: While not in Sorrento centre it was very accessible through a short walk or the regular shuttle bus service. Comfortable room. Spotless. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfast every morning.
Disliked: Servicing the room was not great. I had to ask for toilet paper twice! Please don't leave guests short of a basic necessity. Any drink at the bar could not be paid for at the time of purchase. It could only be added to your bill, to be paid as you check out. Never saw this before.

Disliked: It was disappointing that the roof bar was closed Some areas need a refurbishment
Comfortable enough stay
Liked: The hotel is 20 minute walk outside Sorrento but the road is too dangerous to walk. There is a shuttle bus though it first t operate past 11.00 pm and a taxi fare is 30 euro. There is good pool area and roof top bar but it is very quietindeed
Disliked: There was a smell in our bathroom we reported twice but it wasn't really sorted or acknowledged on our departure.

Disliked: The whole place needed a revamp- no one at roof top bar
