Exceptional
Wonderful staff
Liked: The location was nice and close to the pedestrian area of Sorrento. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower. The breakfast and the ladies who handled the reception/breakfast/cleaning were excellent. On the day we left, we accidentally left some items in the closet, and the staff notified us immediately, then met my husband at the door when he raced from the ferry terminal in a taxi. Thanks to them, we made our ferry without leaving anything behind!
We enjoyed our stay here in Sorrento, accommodation and staff made the stay welcoming
Liked: We loved the location a 10 minute walk to beach perhaps 20 to peters beach. Close walk to supermarket and restaurants. A special mention to Matilda and staff so welcoming and warm. Breakfast was lovely everything you need.
Disliked: We didn’t like position of room no natural light as you couldn’t keep curtains open due to privacy. Our air conditioner made clicking noises. Very annoying.
It was great stay at this place. It is very clean. The breakfast is very good too. Loved it
Liked: I liked the location. There are two rooms in one unit. It is very clean. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bed is too soft.
Fabulous
Liked: Fantastic location -comfortable and clean room -staff lovely and great breakfast- would return
Disliked: A good addition may be a mirror by the desk area which would help when getting ready
Liked: The staff was very nice, Jennipher was very helpful upon arrival.
Surprised us and was quite happy - would stay again
Liked: Mathilde was a very nice lady who prepared breakfast in the morning. She even went as far as waiting for us with our luggage while we went to go and get our hire car for the next destination. Very community feel for an Air BNB. Central location was great. Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, the room was clean and quite modern.
Disliked: The thin walls and close rooms meant we would wake up when other guests came back late. If you are a young couple/family this is okay however might be of concern to some.
