Exceptional
Liked: Bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and kettle in the room, it was quiet at night.
Disliked: The host was rude, inconsiderate, repeatedly ignored all my messages and didnt answer my call when I was trying to locate the apartment and check in. I was frustrated angry and upset. I book hotels regularly and this is the worst I have experienced. I was not able to check in until much later than the advertised arrival time. I felt that the host couldnt be bothered to explain anything to me or give me any advice on visiting the area. The location is different from the location on booking.com map and is in a large apartment block. The WiFi didnt work in the rooms only in the communal reception area. There was no shampoo, only cheap handwash, the overhead shower did not work, only the hand held shower. Parts of the communal reception area appeared to be dirty. I would not recommend.
Although we arrived a bit late, the manager helped us get into our room without any issues
Liked: was very close to the center and the train station
Lovely hosts (including nice lady doing breakfast 😋)and helpful
Liked: We booked this place last minute as our original host canceled our booking the morning of our check in. I am glad that our original booking got canceled and we got to stay in this place. The host was really awesome and friendly. Very nice and clean place. The location was perfect too. Everything was close. Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Sorrento.
Disliked: Everything was perfect!
Perfect stay
Liked: Rooms were large & clean. Host was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected & it was no problem and the room was ready. Easy to get to from Sorrento train station. We would highly recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing
Exceptional and great value for money
Liked: Would definitely recommend the accommodation, it is in a great location and Francesco the host was excellent always there to help or have a chat in the morning. The rooms were very comfy and clean with the a good shower and working AC. The housekeeper was also lovely and did such a good job of cleaning our rooms. When we left, she made us a swan out of towels, which I think is a symbol for love it Italy as we had just got engaged. We appreciated this extra effort from her.
