Exceptional
Very kind helpful and welcoming
Over all, we enjoyed our stay
Liked: Friendly, welcoming service & excellent breakfast!
Disliked: Location is not ideal. The hotel is not in Sorrento, but outside of it, in the next town of San Agnelo. We had to walk a few kilometers to go into Sorrento.
Very good experience with a very friendly team
Liked: Team very friendly. Breakfast included (free breakfast!!). Nice hotel, very modern. Small but very kind.
Disliked: nothing
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Situated about 20 mins walk from Sorrento and near to station, bus stop and local
Liked: Hotel was in a quiet location, clean and comfortable. The bedroom was a good size, airy and bright Good breakfast and nice patio area at front to enjoy a drink
Disliked: Nothing
Friendly hotel close to a beach with large rooms!
Liked: It was very clean and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind. the room was very large which was really nice and breakfast was included
Disliked: it was far from the city centre so it was a bit of a walk each day, one day we didn’t have water and the water pressure wasn’t great to begin with. you also can’t eat in the rooms
Liked: The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious enough. The area is quiet, close to some restaurants, shops and beach. The breakfast was good, not too many options, but enough to choose from.
Disliked: The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but other than that, was all good!
