Fabulous
The most stunning stay on the italian riviera
Liked: The staff were very helpful and nice. Access to the town centre and the bus shuttle service very convenient. The location and the view from the room was stunning.
Disliked: The size of the room, quite old fashioned decor. The options for breakfast were not the best.
Beautiful Hotel, Clean Rooms & Great Staff, Amazing View and Location
Liked: The view and hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing it’s 12 minutes from Sorrento and 25 Minutes from Positano. The staff is really welcoming and the rooms are big and clean with beautiful view. Recommend to take the sea view rooms. Also the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good!

Disliked: There's nothing to dislike, just be aware it's not a modern contemporary hotel.. it has passion, artwork and period features, absolutely lovely

Disliked: Breakfast mediocre Wouldn’t class as a 4 star hotel
Liked: It has a wonderful swimming pool.
Disliked: The corridors are narrow and hard to navigate. We had to take two elevators and transport our luggage over stairs to get to our rooms.
