Disliked: Title: Disappointing Stay – Beautiful View Does Not Make Up for Poor Hygiene and Service Review: I recently stayed at this hotel in Sorrento, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. While online reviews praise the location and views, the actual condition of the hotel is unacceptable. First and foremost, the cleanliness and maintenance are extremely poor. As seen in the photos, the bathroom was in terrible condition—the shower cabin is covered in black mold, mildew, and cracked sealant. The room wall was scuffed and dirty, and the overall standard of hygiene was very concerning. Secondly, although the hotel promotes its scenic dining area, it is practically unusable if you are traveling in a group. The space is constantly overcrowded, and we were never able to find a table for breakfast or dining. Instead, staff simply redirected us to a pizzeria down the street. A nice view cannot compensate for dirty facilities and inadequate service. I would strongly advise looking for other accommodations in Sorrento. I definitely do not recommend staying here.
