Fabulous
Liked: Love that it has a balcony! The kitchenette area was great! Clean room, spacious bath. Grateful for the (tiny) lift. Owner gave amazing directions with helpful videos on how to get in. Host accommodating about earlier arrival.
Disliked: Lots of stairs! Lots of codes to remember. (Never did figure out how to exit the man-door without opening the vehicle gate). Bed was more firm than we prefer. Bottles in the shower not labeled, not sure which was wash or shampoo.
Liked: Nice location close to the city center of Sorrento. Clean rooms and good bathroom.
Disliked: Bed pillows where a bit thin.

Disliked: It was very difficult to find the location of the building, a video showing the whole process would have been helpful. There wasn't parking available when we arrived so maybe check that before booking if that is important because the parking nearby is €36
Liked: Location, staff was friendly, balcony with sea view, bed was comfortable, quiet place.
Disliked: Shampoo was a bad one, no hair conditioner, so you should bring it yourself:)

Disliked: The owner is a scammer. The listing has many lies but we also had no AC for most of the trip during a record heat wave and were awoken at 6:30 am to construction of a bathroom renovation downstairs that didn’t stop. Due to this + AC issues the owner agreed they would give a partial refund “after I gave a review of at least 8/10”. That’s probably why all these reviews are positive. This is illegal, but additionally, once I gave the review he suddenly pretended he didn’t know the property and didn’t know what i was talking about despite us messaging back and forth about it multiple times. SCAMMER. Luckily I can edit my review. The property is also a single bedroom in a house with an attached bath, so you have “roommates”.
