Comfortable central apartment near centre of Sorrento suitable for a short stay

Liked: Comfortable room with small balcony with view of Vesuvio. Breakfast was simple but adequate for our needs, but perhaps some fresh fruit should be provided too. The owner quickly fixed a couple of small problems in our room. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Disliked: Above quite a noisy street with lots of traffic so be prepared for that. The shower had very low pressure (but normal in Italy). A bit more variety for breakfast would have been welcome. We lost the Wi-fi connection several times for several hours due to electrical storms in the area, again this can be quite normal in this part of Italy but is frustrating.

Overall the facilities were good and I would stay again

Liked: The location was perfect. It provided a breakfast.

Disliked: The beds need to be replaced, they were hard and sloped, making you feel you were going to roll out off the bed. The fridge wasn’t functional in the sense it didn’t get cold.
