Exceptional
Beautiful location ruined by lack of help for suitcases!!
Liked: Margarita was very helpful as we arrived late after 9pm. Location was great and it’s the best thing about this location. Room was clean and updated.
Disliked: Our room was in the top floor. 3 and half floors up. We had 2 50 lb suitcases!! No help whatsoever even though they did have a crane system for the luggage. When leaving, I was told there would be help the night before leaving because we were leaving before 9am. No one was around and no one responded my messages that started from 4pm. By 9pm, I attempted to lower the luggage with the crane system but an old lady came out from the top floor very upset speaking Italian. She did not speak any other language, I tried speaking to her in English, Spanish and Portuguese. After all that, Hadto take AGAIN suitcases down my self. They need to specify this to customers clearly if large suitcases are used.
