Exceptional
Liked: The best part of the property is the staff. They are very helpful and courteous. Some of the highlights are 1. They helped to carry our heavy luggage both at time of checkin and checkout for free 2. They have a shuttle service for free every hour to go back and forth from the hotel to the centre 3. The view from the terrace is amazing.

Magical hoilday - highly recommend
Liked: Absolutely amazing location, so beautiful, staff were so attentive, couldn't do enough for us, apartment was so clean, laundry service was free, we had a complimentary upgrade for room and complimentary breakfast, there is a shuttle bus every hour into sorrento and back for free, also if you book excursions you get a free pick up and drop off services, they also have number of restaurants that you can do a pick up and drop off service. This was truly a magical hoilday 9day and 8nights we will be returning.
Disliked: The pool was too cold but we come in October.
Liked: Everything, from the free shuttle, having a staff member greet us off the shuttle, check-in was a breeze to the time we checked out. All the staff were exceptional and accommodating. The facilities were great. I couldn't rate this place high enough and not to mention the view! I will definitely recommend staying here and would come back again.
Disliked: That I couldnt stay longer! Theres nothing I didnt like.
