Fabulous
Comfortable quiet location yet still very convenient to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Capri and Sorrento
Liked: Great location near train station and in a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to Sorrento.
Disliked: Initially the kitchen had not been cleaned properly but the owner Anna immediately arranged another clean session when I contacted her. So all good in the end. 😃
Liked: Nice and kind owner, communicative and helpful. Great location, next to bus and train station. Over market. Free parking.
Disliked: Rather old furniture and a bit old apartment.

Liked: The only thing that I liked about the apartment was the location as it was next the city center and train station.
Disliked: This was a horrible experience starting off with the check in process. My group was charged an additional fee for having children (ages 13 and 11) at the facility even though I advised the host during the reservation process. We didn’t know about the fee until we checked in which it was too late to find a new place to stay. The host claims that policy regarding children's ages being charged an additional fee is listed on booking.com but it is nowhere to be found. Secondly, the apartments were disgusting. The shower, bed sheets, and floor had black hair everywhere. One of the beds had boogers on the sheets and another one had dirt marks. I’m assuming that the linens were not changed during the cleaning process. We asked the host for new sheets which she provided but we had to put them on the beds ourselves. The floors were super dirty making our feet turn black, there were spots with mysterious brown stuff in one of the rooms. Thirdly, one of the showers was broken with a low water pressure. Fourthly, we asked for additional pillows and towels and were denied saying it was one pillow and towel per person. Lastly, the apartments were super loud. The apartments are next to a busy street which has a lot of traffic from cars and motorcycles. Had to get ear plugs in order to fall asleep. Wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone.
We really enjoyed our stay, they were very accommodating despite a very last minute booking, and the apartment was clean

Liked: I really liked the location of Victors House. It's right next door to a market, a few minutes walk to the train station and not to far from the center of town. It's centrally located to everything.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints. If I had a question, Anna, the hostess was on standby and resolved it fairly quickly.
