Liked: Breakfast was outstanding, staff super helpful and welcoming and the shuttle service excellent addition.
Everyone at Villa Giovanna couldn’t have been more gracious and kind to us and made us feel at home
Liked: Breakfast was nice variety of self serve options plus custom made eggs on request prepared every morning for a few hours by an attentive and hard-working host, Daniella, who was a lovely, delightful, friendly and kind lady. The breakfast area was spacious and clean and you could also choose to sit outside in the lovely garden. It also had a beautiful view of the country side below and the ocean. It was at breakfast that we met so many of the other guest from all over the world and by the end of our 5 day stay it felt like we were all family. We would definitely stay at Villa Giovanna again!!

Charming Villa with amazing Staff
Liked: The Villa is very charming and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Breakfasts were fantastic. The welcome drink (lemonchello Spritz) was the best I had all trip). The shuttle bus was a life saver.
Disliked: A little dated but I think it adds to the charm. The arrival from the train station by bus was problematic and we ended up walking a portion to the villa but this issue was an issue with transit and not the Villa.

Liked: Tucked away on the hillside overlooking the Bay of Naples, we loved the secluded garden location surrounded by olives and bougainvillea
Disliked: Nothing, it was fabulous for us.
Absolutely stunning villa with great views and lovely staff
Liked: The villa itself is truly indescribably beautiful, and its view over Sorrento and the water as well, at all times of year. Just stunning! We loved the walk-our terrace to one of our rooms, so we could sit outside at sunrise and sunset. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and forthcoming. The shuttle to and from Sorrento is very helpful. Plenty of parking here for the car. Also, easily the best hotel breakfast we ever had in Italy as well - thank you!
Disliked: There is space beneath the doors downstairs facing the outdoors, meaning it sounds like being nearly outside when it rains or storms. The WiFi was also not always strong enough in our room, so we took turns. The beds also quite hard, even for Germans.;)

Liked: The property was very pretty and maintained well by all the staff
Disliked: Our room was very small and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. We also had a problem with ants however the staff were accommodating and kept the room nice and tidy for us and helped to sort out the ant problem
