  Fantastically located, clean and with breathtaking view

  Liked: View from the balcony was fantastic - we watched the sunset over Mt. Etna. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The accommodation is brilliantly located and we enjoyed the evening walking around the town. Had a nice al fresco dinner at a local restaurant

  Disliked: It was slightly difficult to find. Communication was by text and video. A personal touch would be helpful.

  Comfortable and clean

  Liked: Beautiful large room, with a perfect kitchen area and view of Mt Etna what is there not to love!

  Disliked: It didn’t say that the spa area was extra cost, was extremely disappointed as I was looking to relax and when I tried to book its was closed on the night I was there.

  Liked: Дуже гарна локація, хоча дістатися автобусом бувало іноді важко. Тихо і є кондиціонер. Сніданок непоганий - кава з випічкою.

  Disliked: Wi-Fi постійно зникав. Його майже не було. Комунікація дуже дивна, разів 5 просили пройти онлайн чек ін, завантажити свої документи до їх окремого сайту. Ми зробили це після першого нагадування. 2 різних номери в WhatsApp представилися працівниками готелю, в живу нікого не бачили ми.

  Great Room in the heart of Castelmola

  Liked: Amazing old town. Beautiful and spacious room with Mount Etna view from the balcony.

  Disliked: A but difficult to find. They had no human presence at the reception, all info via Whatsapp. Breakfast is basic, at another place(a bar) and not up to expectations based on what you pay.
