  Peaceful, gorgeous stay near Taormina but away from the crowds

  Liked: This was in an incredible location across from the beach but near to the stairway to Taormina, the bus there and also the gondola. The breakfast was good, the staff nice and we had an amazing view over the water.

  Disliked: The rooms were very boring looking. Otherwise everything was GREAT!!

  Liked: Amazing location for beach access, walkable up to the town. The view was phenomenal if you book with sea view and balcony!!

  Beautiful location for a short stay

  Liked: The location of the hotel is superb. we had a room with the view right over the bay and the sunrises there are just beautiful (sidenote -it gets really hot ans sunny in the room in the first half of the day). The personnel was nice and helpful, the Rooms are cleaned daily, bet they may get to yours later in the day. The breakfast is OK, very standard italian, with lots of pastries and coffee, but it was also nice to have the hot options, like scrambled eggs and sausages. Not worth the 12 euro to pay on the spot though, so if you're offered a discount upon booking - go for it.

  Disliked: I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the beach and the beach is truly 3 minutes away. BUT it is not the hotel beach, nor it is a proper public beach. The entire shore is cluttered with sunbeds and umbrellas and you are kindly asked to leave unless you're willing to pay 30 euro per person to use it. You're also suggested to use the tiny public beach at the nook which is okay, but too far from the nice diving rocks. This is not the hotel's fault of course, but it would be nice if this was stated more clear in the description. The overall feeling of the hotel is that everything is in need of a mild renovation in the end of the season, but it never felt dirty or undermaintained.
