  I would stay there again

Liked: Great. Just cut down those trees for a better view!

Disliked: Walking down with my luggage, walking up with my luggage As an architect I would be more than happy to design a location for an elevator for free!

Liked: I think what I can rescue the most about this property is the staff. Really accomodating and nice people, making everything possible for us to feel welcome. Location is nice.

Disliked: Hotel is extremely old, specially the rooms. A remodel would be good as the prices they charge are really high.

Liked: Top place with amazing staff! We received a room upgrade and we were stunned about the room that was offered to us. The gentleman from the reception was so happy to see our faces when he showed us the room. Everything was well explained he suggested us a local driver to visit Etna. It was quite expensive but worth every cent. We learned so much about Sicily in these 3-4 hours. We will return and highly highly recommend this wonderful place with wonderful staff!
