  Disliked: I booked double room.woth sea view. No sea view unless you were outside..The bathroom.is in really rough shape.. shower door and toilet seat broken. I asked for another room..nope

  Liked: Villa Nettuno is a truly special place to stay in Taormina! This historic villa has a wonderful story: the owners’ father transformed his private residence into a hotel in 1943, and today it is lovingly run by his two sons. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you are visiting old friends. The villa’s authentic interiors transport you back to the 19th century, preserving a charm and character that modern hotels simply cannot replicate. The views are amazing, adding to the unique atmosphere. The continental breakfast for €8 is well worth the price. One practical note: there is no elevator, so pack light unless you are prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. If you appreciate history, authenticity, personal hospitality, and a hotel with a soul, Villa Nettuno is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Taormina!

  Disliked: very thin walls, you can hear next room people's voices like they are in your room. The mornig cleaners also noisy and very rude!

  Villa with a soul and view to forever remember

  Liked: It was a lovely & well preserved villa, filled with antique furniture in the common areas that gave it a very aristocratic vibe, while also having an updated & very confortable bed. The location was perfecr and the fact that you have access to private parking at a much lower cost is a plus.

  Perfect

  Liked: This hotel was a dream. It was a haven of peace in the modst of Taorminàs madness ( even in October). The room had a sea view with windows looking onto the bay. There was also a roof top terrasse. The gardens were beautiful and the breakfasts on the terrace were unforgettable. The most perfect place- I would love to come back.

  Disliked: The shower didn't have much energy. But it was only a tiny detail in the grand scheme of things.
