  Liked: Nice room, hall, location, room service, cleaning

  Disliked: The staff not like in 5 💫 hotel. Nobody took our luggage to the room so the reception lady told to take it by ourselves. At spa nobody even say hi when I came. The roof bar is nice but no any complimentary snack to the cocktails ( not so good ) at the breakfast chaos, my husband had birthday and no one congrads him ( yes I know that this information automatically visible at the reception becous they have our pass information. The nice location and comfortable clean room but bad service

  Liked: The location was perfect, right in the centre, close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was lovely and spacious, with a beautiful sea view. The reception staff were very helpful.

  Disliked: The breakfast area had a low ceiling and felt a little enclosed. Given the hotel’s beautiful rooftop, I would have loved to have breakfast up there. I also visited the spa for a nail polish change. Although the staff were very nice and polite, the nail service was definitely not up to five-star standards. The choice of colours was very limited, and the polish application was mediocre.

  Fabulous - we would definitely return

  Liked: Lovely views, comfortable rooms, great pool area, very clean and friendly staff.

  Disliked: It was all great but I think it would be better if the rooms had more storage. For example, bedside tables with drawers and more hangers.

  We truly enjoyed our stay once we upgraded to a nicer room The air freshener by the elevator was VERY strong

  Fantastic but expensive Central Taormina stay

  Liked: Excellent and quiet location, yet only a few minutes' walk from the heart of the shopping area. Great ocean views with a beautiful pool, small but solid gym, and an innovative spa which incorporates local products. High quality breakfast and lovely rooftop bar, too, with very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean and stylishly appointed rooms with large bathrooms.

  Disliked: €35/day valet parking should be included for a hotel at this price point, and the large, beautiful lobby area could be put to more effective use such as another full bar or restaurant. Rooms are a touch dark due to the small windows, while the shower room cubicle was a bit tight with certain amenities not topped up when we arrived.
