Guest reviews
Pleasant
Terrible location and awful service
Disliked: Once I saw the location and the reviews I decided not to sleep there as there were tons of recent reviews about bed bugs, dangerous location, bug infestation etc. I contacted the property, they never replied, neither did the Booking customer support. So the service was terrible, so was the location and I do not consider this a safe place to stay.
OK
Liked: The room matches the description. Very good location, close to the airport.
Liked: I am really grateful to a receptionist who hepled me with my stay. This person was very heplful and did a lot to solve my problem. The location is great especiallly for people who are very nervous about being late. The airport Treviso is very close, just cross the road. I didn't expect any luxurious conditions in a hostel, being sure I won't miss my flight was the priority.
Worst experience I have had
Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: Everything else
Liked: Right in front of the airport
Disliked: Not clean, there were bugs in the room, the toilet was really really smelly
Bring moskito repellent, use generously
Liked: Great location if you are looking for something close to the airport for that early morning flight. Excellent cleanliness for a 2-star place. My room had a working air conditioning unit.
Disliked: Lots of moskitoes. Doors were kind of thin, could hear neighbours' every move.
